Bringing to life the interconnected nature of the human body
The Challenge
Boehringer Ingelheim is one of the world's leading research-driven pharmaceutical companies. In 2011, they announced a partnership with Lilly, a global manufacturer of medicines, to bring new treatments to patients worldwide.
As part of their joint ambition to provide educational and meaningful marketing content for patients, BI Lilly wanted to create a campaign to build awareness of the body’s interconnected systems.
The Solution
In partnership with HAVAS JUST::, we designed and developed an interactive web-based experience, ‘Organs Talk’, to bring to life the interconnected nature of the human body.
Fun, animated characters move users on a journey around the body, highlighting the communication and dynamic interactions between the organ systems and their collective role as an integrated network in maintaining health. Each environment within the experience gives the user prompts and health tips, helping them understand the body’s systems.
We also created social assets for BI Lilly to use on their social media platforms, driving users to the website to experience the interactive tool for themselves.
