Imposter syndrome in marketing: A real concern or just a buzzword?

The Drum recently asked members of its network to comment on imposter syndrome and if they can relate to it. Mathilda Holmqvist, Creative Director at Nucco, offered a refreshing perspective.
 
She commented that "imposter syndrome has always rubbed me the wrong way. A catch-all phrase that’s sometimes confused with a perfectly normal response to doing something outside of your comfort zone."
